measures running time of set distance by using GPS.

1. lap time of set distance by GPS is measured.
2. present speed, average speed, and maximum speed display.
3. lap time is recorded on SD & DB.
4. unit of display can be switched by "km/h" and "mile/h".
5. DB is displayed by viewer.
6. corresponds to power saving.
7. beep to lap time update.
