Start+

This is a very simple app launcher that has some useful features to manage/launch an app.

Features:
- Simple application list.
- Green indicator that shows which application is running.
- Application list is sorted by recently launched.
- Long-pressing shows context menu:
  - Open application detail of settings screen.
  - Open Android Market page corresponding to selected app.
  - Share selected app with other app as text.
  - Kill selected app process.
- Search function.
