Start Timer

I agree, no use to racers. No 5 min sequences. I ve been using start aid instead.

No use to racers As the other reviews say, it needs the 5,4,1,go times that most of us use and also a few other alternatives as not everyone uses the standard countdown. Not sure I would want the phone in my dinghy but race officer duty might see it pressed into use alongside the big yellow Optimum Time monster.

Basic function timer Limited use in club level racing as the race officer determines the countdown start time.

Useless for sailboat regattas.

Why is there no 5 minute countdown like a typical sailboat race start?

Its Ok doesn't have a count down to a random time only set starts
