Using an external bluetooth GPS gives you better battery life and more accuracy. Ideal for geocaching and similar applications.

Please note: Not all applications will work. (e.g. Wikitude) If you find an app that isn't compatible please send me an email.

Dosen't work with Motorola tablet XOOM. It dosen't work with Motorola tablet XOOM and Samsung Galaxy tab2(10.1 inch) running Android 3.0. I tested these devices with XGPS150. It has worked very well in Android 2.3.3. devices. What happened?

Works with GlobalSat BT-368i on Samsung Vibrant whereas another app did not.

Would be great if ypu didn't have to toggle with inbuilt gps evertime you want to use this app. Otherwise a better alternative to rooting phone
