Bluetooth GPS Provider

Excellent app This is the only app I have found to connect my Activepilot GPS Receiver to my i900 Android 2.3.6 Mobile phone. All other apps including the paid app Bluetooth GPS Mouse failed to connect to my i900

What a bummer re: ICS I LOVED this program for SE Asia on a pre-ICS phone. Now alas I can't get the thing to work whatsoever--in France! It's hard to say how bummed I am, as using my external BT gps increased my phone's battery life.

Excellent app spent ages downloading various apps to get gps bluetooth to work on my android Momo tablet and had almost come to the conclusion it would never work - and then I found this one! It works flawlessly and I recommend it highly.

Works since 2.2 Works with Samsung Moment running Android 2.2 EB28 and a Garmin GPS 10x I got on clearance(discontinued). EDIT: Still works great after upgrading my phone to Samsung Galaxy S III.

Best Bluetooth GPS app. Works with Jelly Bean NOTE to Jelly Bean users: "On devices running Android 4.2, developer options are hidden by default, helping to create a better experience for users. You can reveal the developer options at any time by tapping 7 times on Settings > About phone > Build number on any compatible Android device." This app works great and is excellent at maintaining and re-acquiring Bluetooth lock. There is not another Bluetooth GPS app that both 1) maintains a good lock and 2) reports GPS time when an app asks for it. This app was modified recently at my request to report GPS time. I am very thankful to the developer for doing this as this app was the only one I found that maintained a good lock and did not give up. That said, you definitely want to stop the app if you do not have a bluetooth gps puck turned on as it will consume all your CPU cycles looking for the thing. If you enable stop on loss of bluetooth lock, it stops immediately becoming just as bad as some of the other apps at maintaining lock.

At last...great app This app actually links the GPS data from my Global sat Bluetooth GPS to other navigation apps on my Acer tablet (on which the internal GPS does not seem to work....long story not yet resolved by Acer tech). For this alone you get 5 stars. Another app called 'Bluetooth gps' works very well and has some cool functions including its own map and other tabs but it does not link to other apps on my tablet.

Works flawlessly Successfully paired with Holux M-1000 and my turn-by-turn maps app much more accurate now than using internal gps
