Seriously, one of the best apps I've ever used. Indispensable for psychiatrist appointments

Would be willing to pay for more features I don't know why this app has a reminder feature when it is lost each time the phone is restarted! Or why it allows the entry of as many meds as you like, but will only remember the first four entered. The "daily notes" field is so limited as to be closer to a tag than a note, and it would be nice to see that expanded so that it is more of a journal field. The addition of fields for tracking other factors would also be helpful and worth paying for.

Great app! Just needs to be able to save the reminder time and have the reminder also be audible.

Wish the moods could be customized (very limited options currently), and tallied throughout the day. Great idea but needs flexibility.

I would prefer the graph to go up (+) for heightened moods and down (-) for depressed moods. Also my moods can change within one 24hr period! :-(

What if you have different moods throughout the day?? >_<

Could use some spacing on the calendar, hard to touch old dates to edit when they're so close together. Otherwise great app.

It is great.. Out would new nice to track energy, suicide thoughts, exercise, and appetite.. Other than that... Awesome

Would like to be able to add multiple ratings a day and to be able to do a quick add of emotions using smiley icons. See mood tracker on bk bry.
