This app *REQUIRES* a kernel with BLN mod.

== What is the BLN mod? ==
The BLN mod turns the touchkey backlights into a notification led.
It enables any android application to use the touchkey backlights of your phone as a notification led.

== What does this app? ==
This application gives you control over the settings of the BacklightNotification modification (bln mod) on your phone and some additional functionality.
If the BLN mod is not yet installed on your phone, then the app can refer you to instructions for the BLN mod installation.

* enable/disable the BLN function

** Please notice that blinking consumes more energy than static backlight!

Good Does exactly what it says. Would be perfect if it could keep the screen from waking when receiving messages. Annoying when you flash a kernel with bln support that doesn't work with the stock sms

Awesome! Just rooted and flashed ics. Works perfectly if you rate it low and don't have the right kernel installed your an idiot, go buy an iPhone they are idiot friendly

Awesome Does exactly what it claims. Makes it easy for me to see if I get any new emails while at my desk. For those complaining about it not working, you need a new kernel, just like the description said.
