What does she say? I've seen many, many people asking what the hell she says after the hour and it took some work. Finally, I met a Japanese woman (who was in a hurry, so I could not get a full explanation) at work who told me she is saying is "exactly/precisely." However, exactly/precisely doesn't not translate to anything like what I'm hearing, but I found "on the dot" translates to "dotto de" (though I do not understand why the D would sound like CHI). EX: one o'clock on the dot = ichiji dotto de

Only speaks in 12 hour format, wish it has 24 hour speech format =^.^=

Hehe..＾＾kawaii. I was digging the market for an app like this, and this IS the one. Exactly what i had in my mind.

No other app has proved more annoying to others around me than this. This has been on my phone since day one and will forever remain there. 5 stars

What does she say after 'number' o'clock? Or more precisely what is the sentence being said?

Works great. No problems. People are just too picky. It does not turn off during silent mode, just disable it. Japanese pronounciation is perfect.
