Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need to know the days of the week you workout or your name and body weight like other over-complicated weight training apps.

There is no exercise database or teaching videos. You simply add the name of your exercise and start tracking your progress.

Would be better if you could separate the exercises by day or into groups and if they would stay in the order you enter them. Still a good app.

you can't enter past workouts or edit saved workouts

Group by legs-squat, legs-leg press or back 1 rows, back 2 deadlift etc. Back up to pc and sd would be nice. Quick and easy log between sets.

No bull. All I wanted was a log to track my progress. This gets it done. Set timer is nice.
