When you are browsing, select [menu]-[more]-[share page]-[Google Reader Client]. Then you can add a feed of the web site you are seeing.

Works good on my EVO. What happened, app has become un-usable. Force close all the time or freeze up.

Developers email address is 404. Application doesn't sync read/unread with web use.

Adware, INSECURE. sends Google password in plain text over internet.

Good for basic reading on the go. Could is more options such syncing only selected feeds better offline mode.
