I did use it at Pripyat, Ukraine, during ghost town exploring and it works perfect. You need to know how to make ur maps, but its easy enough.

This app is one of the best!! If you cannot read / do not know how what to do, do not rate it with 1 star, go find something better if you can.

Read the website and forum before you complain about lack of help or other issues. Works like a charm on G1, Xperia10pro and Desire S. Thnx Kruch!
