Not at all like latitude, had to request permission each time. Also battery hog.

Nice app... But it doesn't show my friends on online user...nither they see me.sometimes it shows some of them. Android 1.6 mytouch

It works great on my Droid on Verizon network. You need to enable GPS on your phone setting.
