RockPlayer is an optimized video player running on Android system from version 1.6. It supports almost all video formats including DivX, avi, mkv, rmvb, etc. This version runs on processor supporting ARMv7 instruction set.

Using v7 on my Droid X (2.1); works great playing .avi files. Just have to play them through the Rockplayer app.

Good app, plays everything I've thrown at it. Wish it would work with network streams. Then I'd shell out some clams.

This is not free. Won't run without payment for ad removal (htc legend). Pity- un install.
