Commercial Version of Lianghao Cidian Chinese Dictionary. A Chinese -> English dictionary based on CC-CEDICT (no English->Chinese!).
Lookup is either through
* radical strokes, radical and then character. Supports simplified characters.
* pinyin
* direct input
* copy paste

If you have the app running, you can select text (e.g. in the web browser, and the entry is displayed in the status line).
