This is an English translation of the Tao Te Ching, written by the ancient Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu. It is a great and concise source of wisdom for living one's life according to the Tao, or path. Taoism is called the Effortless Path and we hope that, by studying this, you will be able to bring balance to your life.

Excellent design. People shouldn't complain about being unable to flip thru pages. Tao te ching is not a 'book' to flip through, but profound thoughts

Really awesome translation. Love the random button to choose a chapter. Would be nice to be able to just flip thru chapters in order w/o beginningover

Wonderful app. Could use back and forward tabs. Rated four stars for few grammatical errors. Also can't post to Facebook.

Would be good if you could swipe to the next chapter instead of having to go back and enter in the chapter number EVERY time. Other than that I like!
