Pure news widget is a scrollable widget for Google Reader news reading (Rss).

WARNING:
This is a scrollable widget which REQUIRE ADW Launcher, Launcher Pro, LiveHome, Go Launcher Ex or an Android 3.x/4.x device like Xoom or Galaxy Nexus. If you don't use a Launcher supporting scrollable widgets, it won't work.

Features:
- Use phone credentials to login to Google Reader. No password (for Android > 2.0).
- Connected to Google reader to retrieve your prefered news
- Scrollable widget with most alternative launchers like ADW, LiveHome, Go Launcher, LauncherPro or Android 3.x/4.x
- Click on a news title to open the full story in the browser or in internal viewer (works in offline mode too !)
- Show news thumbnails
- Multiples skins and widgets sizes to make a fancy widget
- Lot of options to customize rendering
- Can use Google Mobilizer to reduce used bandwidth when reading full article
- Support Google Reader mark as read
- Optional local cache of articles
- Can restrict sync to Wifi connection
- Support multi-widget with as many feeds as you want
- Complete support of Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS / Android 4.x)

Best news widget in market. Definitely my favorite widget for RSS news feeds. Great customization options and themes. Dev is very helpful, responsive, and helped to troubleshoot access issue I had. You won't regret the purchase!

Nice widget, responsive developer Worked nicely but found a potential problem. Contacted developer and immediately got a response.. Fix was out within an hour or so! Excellent work!

refresh issues worked flawlessly on 2.3.5. currently has refresh issues on ICS 4.0.3. will wait for fix,as this is an excellent news widget. sgsII

Still Broken Feeds don't delete after "mark as read" on widget. ICS.

Would be nice without google reader I like the pure widgets a lot, but this one is useless to me as I do not want to use google reader. When this gets normal rss support I will buy it again

Broken. Doesn't update feeds properly. Misses tons... I love the skins but its patchy (at best) feed updates don't warrant actual use. Back to the freebies then (atomarss). Don't bother paying for this one! SGSIILTE

Grear idea but poor execution First off I love how deep customization is on this app, unfortunately almost every article I load from the widget takes me to an empty page or a webpage full of web code. Needs to be fixed before I rate any higher
