NOTE: WiFiACE DOES NOT WORK YET WITH ANDROID 4.0 ICS OR GALAXY NEXUS AS I DO NOT HAVE A COMPATIBLE DEVICE TO TEST ON. THIS IS A KNOWN BUG. I accept hardware and money donations, as soon as I will be able to buy a compatible device (or I receive it as a donation) it will be fixed.

WiFiACE is a very simple tool that allows you to edit the advanced parameters of the configured wireless networks.

It allows you to:
- Set WPA Enterprise and Personal parameters, like wpa_supplicant allows you to
- Set a BSSID to disable roaming and connect to a specific AP
- Set the WEP key index
- Free and Open Source Software

802.11x doesn't work on ICS Upgraded to my galaxy nexus and it won't save any settings for my work's wifi. It uses the 802.11x enterprise thing, and this app wont saving my config changes when I press Back.

AWESOME I have a Galaxy Nexus with Verizon Wireless and this app works great. I haven't had a single issue with it.

HTC Desire Worked for me, almost effortless

Worked great on Droid, not so great on G Nexus This app worked flawlessly on my Motorola Droid, allowing me to connect to the wireless network at work. For some strange reason though, when I use it on my Verizon Galaxy Nexus my phone cannot connect to the wireless network. Not sure if it's the phone or the program, but just wanted to let others know this might not work on the Verizon version of the Galaxy Nexus.

Short WEP key Could not log into wifi with short WEP key. This app fixed that easily.

phone hangs/resets after installing after i installed this software and was in the process of editing one AP, the phone hanged. after which i could not turn off the wifi even in flight mode. also whenever i opened settings, or wifi ace software the phone just hanged, speed of phone reduced to too low and then it started resetting automatically. Resetting the phone does not help, only option i had was to re-install firmware. i did that, and again when i installed this software same happened. Phone hangs in settings, wifi could not be disabled, and phone resets after 1 min...samsung galaxy s, 2.3.6 non-rooted... just a note without this software the WIFI works perfectly.

Google needs to make this life-saving app obsolete Finally got my phone on corporate wifi (tried several times over a year time). Sad state that this is necessary when iOS's wpa enterprise works out of the box.

Excelent app for enterprise configurations. Excelent app to edit advanced configuration. I recommend this app for enterprise configurations.
