Remote for VLC

Good Its good but it took a lot of time to set up at 1st..latet it was easy. Also it would be great if the volume buttons work when screen is locked

Awesome Can be a little tricky to configure VLC on your computer but once it's done it works flawlessly. Super fast, no lag very nice and ics compliant. 5 stars

Needs better documenation Instructions for starting server should be located in app somewhere, not only on the app download page on google play, plus the instructions they link to are incomplete, only the user comments (regarding editing the .hosts file) explain what to edit. Once the app is set up and running it appears to operate well, however the developers need to create a proper instruction/setup guide, and include it in the app. The parameter "--http-album-art" causes a dialog box stating argument could not be parsed (VLC 2.0.5) and wont launch, so album art wont work.

Hmm Would be better if it found more then just the local hhd on the computer, as I have more then just c d drive

Good but could be better Easy to setup, straightforward options. My only regret is that the volume slider can't be calibrated (already at 200% vol with slider at 50%).

Works like a dream. I love it. Auto find worked great, once I had edited the host file. Love that I can browse files.

Awesome app Really changed the way i listen to my songs and watch movies....really awesome app.just loved it. Now i control vlc entirely by my smart phone
