TextSecure is a security enhanced text messaging application that serves as a full replacement for the default text messaging application. Messages to other TextSecure users are encrypted over the air, and all text messages are stored in an encrypted database on the device. If your phone is lost or stolen, your messages will be safe, and communication with other TextSecure users can't be monitored over the air.

Great app, but only 3 stars because MMS never seems to work right. Therefore I cannot use it as my default app.

MMS messaging dosen't work Love this app. I wish that the MMS messaging would work. Would love to give it 5 stars but....... Any plans to fix this?

Understanding this is a BETA version, this isnt a bad App. A tutorial would be nice for us tech noobs. MMS still doesnt work.

Great Still missing: Keeping drafts when minimizing and full MMS integration. Even without this my preferred choice :-) More people should use this!

Very Good been having mms issues tho on tmobile, also would like a way to export/copy messages back to stock or other msg apps.

My carrier limits my text to 140 letters per message.please add option for those less fortunate

Works for SMS. MMS only shows small pictures. Doesn't have the ability to limit the size of a thread. Uses 30+MB of RAM
