Android as a platform for mobile phones is a good platform and has many advantages. However, it also has its drawbacks. One of them is deliberately implemented is the lack of control over when the application connects to the Internet. In the settings you can disable the ability to connect to the Internet through cellular networks, however, in this way, we deprive ourselves of the possibility of using MMSes. However, it is a simple solution. Just change the APN name for the connection and communication will be impossible. Does as it claims Simple but effective programme. I like it. Would have been nice to be able to change state with a shortcut on desktop.

can't lock out all APNs 2 stars because you can only lock out the APNs that are currently accessible. So even if you lock everything off you may be surprised that one you've never seen before is now on.

The idea is very good, but this apps is not working on my motorola charm. I disable all my apn but i still can open web page.
