This application is a WIDGET and not a normal application. You cannot see it on your program menu.
You must see the "One Touch Widget" from the home screen by clicking the "Menu", then "Add" and finally choosing "Widget".

You will see a list of widgets and if the application has been correctly downloaded from the market, then the “One Touch Widget” is there!
