Basic info for Ems. Needs option to add notes such as cardiac, prescriptions and or dnr

Very good app. A few suggestions: place to list medications, more than two contacts, religious info, lock screen support.

Really nice app, but could use a feature that ties to your unlock screen or emergency dial.
