It places also a shortcut in the statusbar to reach it from everywhere.

Nothing more, nothing less...

Doesn't read current state of wifi very well. U inless change using this it s wrong

Doesn't update if you connect through another app. Try "wi-fi status bar switch" app for an animation while your connecting.

Works as far as having a switch available in the pull down bar but does not update properly when WiFi is switched through other settings. CDMAhero 2.1
