Allow to chose map or satelite view

Allow user to modify, delete schools, change speed requirements, change zone size and warning.

Zone is too lrg. Repeats too often. Snd keeps force closing

Works but range too wide for zones. Also need to be able to adjust repeat warnings as well as range of school zones.
