Jeff, Backup list button, check box of app to restore, click menu, then reinstall. Note, if your device is set to not install non-market apps, you need to temporarilly change it or restore won't work.

Backs up fine Wish the restore function was easy to access. I can't find it.

Very good for app backup Works great, easily managed and saves apps to a file for recovery on new phone

Doesn't restore data and there's no batch restore. You have to manually accept package.

Not much use on a Samsung GS2. It saves to the Internal SD card! No option to select External SD card.
