To Do Log was featured (globally) by Android Market in September/October 2011 and was top featured productivity App.

✔ To Do Log

To Do log is a to-do list and "not to-do list" in one. You assign points (either negative or positive) to tasks; then work to get the highest score over time by both doing things you want to do and avoiding those you shouldn't do. You can use it both for things you want to do and those you don't (so it is idea for new year resolutions, health or diet plans etc).

✔ Quick and flexible recording

You can easily add new repeating or one off items, mark them as done and record past occurrences of items. You can also add notes with additional information (and edit them later).

✔ Graphs for analysis

Later you can view graphs showing when you get stuff done, when you are most likely to get distracted or do negative things. By learning this you can take action to better achieve your goals.

You can export and import your data to and from external storage/sd card

I have various tweaks/improvements planned (but please get in touch if you have suggestions), the current plan is:

v8.0 better history browsing/browse by (windowed) date/better stats
v9.0 ...

though I am going to wait to see what Google announces at end of June (Google IO 2012) before making major changes.

Needs a classification system What this app is most sorely missing is a feature to classify tasks using tags, and allowing the user to monitor success scores for different tags separately. Such a saeture would dramatically increase the app's usefulness to me.

Not what I thought it'd be This app lets you keep track of tasks but you can't categorize or tag them. Once a task is done it will stay on the list, making me feel like I've accomplished nothing, and making me have to go through the whole list to find the next item in a list that is sorted in the most inefficient way possible. Instead of making me more productive, this app just adds one more thing to keep track of, one more chore to my busy day. The "rewards" function distracts more than it motivates.

Honestly Game Changing This app is absolutely amazing. I've been thinking for a long time about ways to instill new habits: stuff that doesn't really go into a calendar or a to-do list well, like brushing teeth 3 times per day, not spending too much time on Facebook, exercising, eating well... The simple, extremely important, and easily ignored habits that we want to have (or break). This app "gamifies" these sorts of behaviors, and the cumulative score widgit on my homescreen keeps me motivated to set a new record each day. There's a saying in management theory: "What isn't measured isn't managed." To-Do Log shows what a real difference it makes to be just a little bit more proud of each small success and just a little bit more invested in each slip up. Awesome application - worth well more than the asking price. Thanks so much!!

Solid programming As a stand alone and single device app it is solid and an interesting idea, as are the other apps created by the developer. I would like to see a way to easily marge and share the information between two devices IE between my wife and myself perhaps in lieu of a centralized account system like the Cozi app. Obviously a major thing to create and setup, and not just a small feature to add in - but it would increase motivation/usefulness.

Could be better I bought this after already buying and using both habit streak and tasklife. I tried out success log which worked so simply and elegantly, thought this would do the same but better. Problem is that points need to be categorized for one thing. I can see myself spending way too much time creating a point system instead of getting work done, and the balance will be impossible to get because how do you value exercise/work/study/time with friends etc etc. Basically you need to pick a category and stick with it at the moment. Blending points just wont work. However, on a positive note. Habit streak and Task Life both rock! And so does success log

Good but not perfect Good app that serves its purpose well. Nice clean interface if a bit plain. One annoying bug is when you wish to undo an item the score on the widget doesn't update which rather defeats the point of undoing it in the first place.

Good A little irritating that "small fail" is the default to do list option. I downloaded this as a to-do-list. The interface could be a lot prettier. Still a solid app and solid developer.
