Fix 3 UK (for root users)

When using an Android phone on the 3 network in the UK:

* downloads stall when on 2G/GPRS
* uploads fail when on 3G
* e-mails don't send when on 3G

This app fixes these problems (by altering the network interface's MTU).

Needs root access.
