IP-Relay enables deaf or hard of hearing people to make and receive text relay calls on Android. Tap in a phone number on the keypad to start a call, or receive calls to your IP-relay number. Or, choose a contact from your address book and dial them with one tap. IP-Relay keeps you connected!

It works! So glad there is a well functioning relay app out there! Would like it to be faster, but seriously... When has relay ever been fast? Never.

Gettin sick of bein disconnected in the middle of important calls, have 2 start all over. Please fix. And shld have more settings. More choices.

Being able to apply a ring tone would be nice. Other than that...LOVE IT! Also i would add "speech impaired" to the discription. Convo log would good

Not able to move app to SD card; and the text moves very slowly... Works ok for me but would like a faster service and less battery usage.
