Has minor display issues with the Droid - yes, with 1.4. E.g. the Next button on the instructions and off screen planes on the right being visible.

Doom for Android (FREE)

Works fine on the Droid if you follow all of the extra config instructions. Not very playable though as it wants a trackball and not a DPad.
