Timeriffic

"Notification uses ring volume" has a bug. Timeriffic 1.09.12 still has a bug in the "Notification uses ring volume" . If you have an action that sets the ring volume to something and sets the notification volume to "Notification uses ring volume", the notification volume doesn't get updated to match the new ring volume. Version 1.09.07 doesn't have the bug. Otherwise, this is a great app: fine-grained control that many other apps don't expose (like setting vibration differently for notification and calls); low memory usage; reliable operation.

UltraLight Browser 2.0

Poor. Poor user interface. Can't enter a URL. Bad grammar. ("Where to captain?") Doesn't register itself for URL intents.

Simple Browser

Defective. When I open the app, it starts to load the Google home page, but then just says "Loading. Please wait..." and never finishes.

Advanced Browser - Free

Worthless. Where to start... Browser doesn't register itself for URL intents, which means it can't be your system's default browser. No settings. Some user interface elements are not readable on the screen (bookmarks). No explanation for what the icons do that pop up when you hit menu.

droid VNC server BETA

Seems to work well. So far so good on my Droid (Android 2.2/CyanogenMod 6.0.0). Root is required, apparently. The start-server-on-boot option also works fine. Seems you need to restart the server for settings changes to take effect. Rotation doesn't work, and there is a bug where when you press "start" or "stop" it just sits there saying it's starting or stopping. You can ignore that or kill the app - the server will have actually started or stopped. UltraVNC Viewer supports a compatible Tight encoding.
