I use it every day I use Keepass + Dropbox on two phones and three PCs, and I use it every day. I do wish this had R/W access.

ComicRack Free

Absolutely terrible Has no way to navigate folders, does not display comics in correct order, and takes over a minute to start because it wants to scan the whole drive.
