Nice but lagging and freezing mid-air starts at level 5 and gets worse at higher levels, can this be fixed? Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant Gingerbread 2.3.3

Excellent app. But - why did the last update have to change the icon? it was so beautiful and unique when it looked as the round blue globe, now it's just like any other simple icon..
