I have an HTC Hero and it doesn't let me place my first settlement. I'm pretty sure I've tried everything. So I can't comment on the rest of the game.

Flag Finder

Nice big flags, but includes flags for random things like trading blocs & minor islands (Alderney?) - and not main countries. Lacks a quiz, too.
