Crapload of Features A ton of features and it works really well. My only complaint is that the settings page is a bit overwhelming.

SpiderOak

Keeps locking me out of my app until I change the password on my desktop. Changes to files on the phone are not pushed to the desktop.

Mobile Document Viewer (Free)

It's slow, there is a lot of dead space on the screen, hard returns are not well represented, and the UI is kind of cartoonish, but it does the job.

My Docs - Google Docs

Not Worth the Ad The widget is a great idea, but I uninstalled it because all it does is slap an advertisement on the mobile website. Literally, all this does is open up Google's mobile docs website in a browser and puts an ad on it. Either ditch the ad, or get a UI better than Google's, which shouldn't be hard to do.
