want galapagos.. its very slow near the galapagos browser i used to have.. which unfortunatley now i cannot :/ its saying no available for my region.. but i'll do anything to gave it back

unable to dowloand I used to have this app but when resetted the phone now i cant find it on the phone market nor download it from here... it says not available for this country.... how can i do to have it back i used to like this app.... :/
