Outdoor Atlas

Better than maps (-) and rmaps for trail/tracklog use. Locus with the map tweak addon (mytopo) or orux with the right maps is slightly better.

RMaps

Locus and orux have better offline map management. Maps (-) will automatically download a screen.

Better caching than rmaps, but less map choices than shown in the screenshot. Locus and orux maps have better offline map management.
