You Need A Budget (YNAB)

Great but no budget editing The software program this app functions for costs $60. The mobile app costs nearly $6 itself, and while the actual software is revolutionary and life changing, the mobile app doesn't even let you alter your actual budget. It's only real function is adding transactions, which can be done via your bank with the computer version by clicking a couple buttons. I bought this app to support the developers because their software changed my life, but I don't recommend buying it outside of that.
