Foxy Photo Editor

Best for me. Tested many others, partially good. But this, perfect. Only want Brgt, Cntr, RGB, Flip, Rot, Crop. Adjustable most speedily with preview.

Photo Filters Pro

Ooops! Lost my money. All filters have no preview to adjust. Must type digits in blind. Worst interface I've ever experienced. Don't buy!
