Clipper - Clipboard Manager
Great Utility app Fantastic app for copying & pasting between apps, inserting standard task text in To-do app, signature one-mail or in web posts for forums that don't have built in signature facility. Looking forward to ICS update. Support dev and pay $.99 for + version!

Ultimate To-Do List License
Works VERY Well with ToodleDo, Very Powerful!!!!! Get FlexT9 for Voice Input. BE SURE TO GIVE THE BLACK THEME A TRY. LOOKS GREAT, SAVES BATTERY! UTL works great with ToodleDo, ~all the aspects of ToodleDo are available in this app and UTL syncs great with ToodleDo. UTL can be used very simply or if you need it, there's tons of power there to sort, filter, have saved views, tasks with subtasks (read Projects!). UTL is easily the best task management app I've used on a handheld. You can do a simple search or use an Advanced Search with the ability to filter on all fields during your search. Can customize exactly what information appears with a Task and where it is displayed. Amazing! At only $5, it's a bargain for what you get. The 14-day free trial is fully functional so you can really try before you buy and know all that you're getting. Michael Linenberger, a task management guru, also recommends the combination of ToodleDo and the Ultimate To-Do List as a hard-to-beat combination. If you have any doubts that this is the To-Do app for you, check out his web site and get some great advice on Managing Your Now at the same time. It's easy to set up his view of tasks with UTL

Scrabble Helper Pro
Works Great for Me I use it mainly an off hours but it's been working GREAT for me. Not sure what all the complaints are about. I'm using it over WiFi, not cell, and have very fast TWC connection. I like the extensive word definitions and hyperlinked crossreferences. However, quite a few definitions deviate from those for the OSPD or OWL but are usually better in offering in offering all the different uses of a word. For me, the app is great as On-The-Go fun and training. Quackle and Zyzzyva are great, free, open-source desktop prgms for Scrabble study/analysis that can be used with this app. Recommend that if app is going to provide scores for words formed that the app consider positive/negative value of letters left in rack the way Quackle does. A FLASH CARD system for words you have trouble with would be a FANTASTIC addition to the Pro version to differentiate it from the free version.

ToMarket Grocery Shopping Pro
Great Shopping App Will update review as I use. Just want to point out to Mark (1/21/12 review) that he's wrong. I have a Galaxy Nexus. Doesn't require a separate SD card. Will export and import from /mnt/sdcard/ToMarket/export. This folder will be created on first backup. Can also import individual .CSV files from any accessible folder on your device. On a Windows computer, you can move files to \mnt\sdcard folders using MTP transfer. If an item comes in different sizes at different stores awkward to find and compare best price per unit without doing mental math by looking at Purchase History. Cannot hide items you need every once in a while but otherwise clutter up your usual weekly list (move to another archive list, you lose Purchase History). The "Need xxx AND yyy AND zzz" works great but "Add xxx AND yyy" just gives me "add xxx and yyy" as an item on my Nexus. Bug to Fix?

FlexT9 Speak-Trace-Write-Tap
Works Very Well My main criticism is that correction of words that FlexT9 recognizes as "going together" is a little bit messed up. I say "Jade Heights." FlexT9 doesn't get it right. Put cursor to right of "Jade," backspace, corrections offered, one accepted. Now "Jade" is correct. Put cursor to right of "Heights." Now for some idiotic reason all the corrections offered are variations on "Jade Heights," not just "Heights." If you accept the correct, the word "Jade" is now duplicated. Such doubling up is rare but when it happens it is REALLY annoying and time-wasting. Hope Nuance reads these reviews and will fix this up. Then I'll give the app 6 Stars.

Inventory
Works FANTASTIC on GNex! Need a scanning app installed to use INVENTORY. Barcode Scanner works great with this app. A few hiccups here and there (only one numeric field, if you use it for item count, what do you do for item price?! -save it as a NOTE but that's so hokey). Also needs an easy way to get back to app Home Screen or other level other than repeatedly using BACK Button. But these comments are mere quibbles on what otherwise is A SIMPLY AMAZING APP!!!! Try it! You'll love it! Can use tags for locations, such as MB:SE_Bookcase, MB:Closet, where MB = Master Bedroom and all tags for that room will then sort to same group of tags alphabetically in Tag List. HTH.

Exchange by TouchDown Key
Critical Shortcomings for Task Management Got Touchdown to sync Tasks with Outlook. Is a great app except for several critical shortcomings relative to tasks. First, you cannot create or edit recurring tasks in any way except to mark them complete. You can't even tell if a task is recurring except by finding completing it creates another instance of it in the future. Another fatal flaw is that you cannot create a category in Touchdown. Only categories that you create in Outlook are carried over by sync to Touchdown. And once a category is in Touchdown, it NEVER goes away. Even if you delete any task with that category in Outlook and delete the category itself, the category does NOT go away in Touchdown. Severely limits your use of categories especially if you like to create new ones for temporary projects (since Outlook has no project management other than categories (or folders). Last severe deficit is NO saved views or saved filters. If you want several different views of tasks, you have to repeatedly switch your filter settings back and forth. There is a lot more to Touchdown than tasks. That's why 4 stars. But for tasks, Touchdown rates only 2 or 3 stars. I am now using Ultimate To-Do List and ToodleDo.

Ultimate To-Do List
Works Well with ToodleDo, Very Powerful, BUY IT! Sorting, Filtering, Tasks with Subtasks, Saved Views are VERY powerful options that allow you to focus on just what you have to do now and not get distracted by all the other tasks floating around, undone or yet to do. All the functions jive with ToodleDo and everything I've synced shows up just as I expect in ToodleDo. Just like ToodleDo, you can use UTL in a very simple way or if you have to deal with complicated stuff, are juggling lots of different projects and tasks, all the power is there to sort things out. I come from a background of using Pocket Informant on Windows Mobile and the Ultimate To-List certainly gives me all the power I enjoyed with P.I. in the past. Check out Michael Linenberger's personal web site, too, he recommends the Ultimate To-Do List and ToodleDo as the way to go. I was using Touchdown to sync to Outlook thru Office 365 but after just 3 days with the trial version of UTL plunked my $5 for a license. I've also tried Astrid and DGT GTD but UTL is the winner by far (Astrid is great for really dumb daily recurring tasks like Change Kitty's Water or shopping lists that you wouldn't even bother putting on your regular task management list).

Car Locator
Pretty accurate most of time, full-featured app Works very well and is very accurate most of time. You really have to explore the interface to appreciate all the features the app has. If you go to More (settings), you find Driving Directions and you can opt to use Google Maps with the GPS position saved by Car Locator to get turn-by-turn walking directions back to your car with a satellite view or map view as you desire in "3D" You can save past positions with photographs and annotate them, e-mail or text them, with an interface to your address book. So if anything, the developer undersells what Car Locator does. Most of the time, you just want the Details view with a big arrow pointing you in the direction of your car and the distance indicator telling you how many feet or meters to go. But if you need the other features, they are there in a very polished interface. My only quibble would be to make stuff more accessible/obvious from the app main screen. The Home Screen widget that saves your location with one touch, then creates a notification from which you can launch Car Locator whenever you want to find your car is very cool.
