Live Phish

Well ported app, wish it was native Glad this app has arrived on Android, but it needs to follow standard conventions for the OS, like the back button, LivePhish Radio should have an ongoing notification when playing, etc. Looking forward to updates, hopefully we can get Google Music integration.
