LDS Tools

Update Made This Unusable because of HUGE size This latest update made this excellent app bloatware and I had to remove it from my phone. After the installation, My phone only had 2.9MB of memory available. I could no longer do anything except make phone calls. It says 4.nMB in the market, but be forewarned. You will have over 17MB of memory used. 3g-Slide...

GpsFix

Good before airpush If you don't know what airpush is, google is your friend but adding spam apps to the home screen is so unethical! Bye moron dev...

Task Manager

Nice app, BUT! First ad that popped up was for PORN! Dev is a pervert! Immediate uninstall!

by Karl the 11/17/2011
Catch Notes

Why don't dumb people read? Contacts for YOU to invite people, not the Catch people. This is still the best note app available bar none. Still 5 stars!

Vexed Free

The Best Vexed Game! This version is the closest to the original written for PalmOS years ago. I can't imagine anyone rating it less than 5 stars unless they never played it before. This is a challenging and great game.

Shisen 2 - HD

Excellent! Version 2 is much better than the previous version. Exiting a game now saves, which is great. The default tile set is ok, so I found one I like.

by Karl the 10/28/2011
calCOOLator

Bravo and kudos! I found this when I had one of the first G1s. Still the most useful calculator around.

by Karl the 10/19/2011
Task Manager

Simple, yes... But fails to auto-start which setup allows. 5 stars when it runs the way setup shows it should.

by Karl the 9/18/2011
UCCU Mobile

Embarrassingly BAD 1 star is 100 Xs higher than this poor excuse for an app deserves. It's the web site in a wrapper but you can't get out. How Sad is that? Do Not Get!

Color Drips

Why no SD Card? Addictive or not, a game this big really must be enabled for being moved to the SD card. Actually any app that doesn't have a widget should.

by Karl the 8/1/2011
1320 KFAN Sports Talk Radio

No live games? Got this to listen to extra innings and only ads. Uninstall.

by Karl the 7/26/2011
Utah GeoSights

Can't even use it because it took my phone below the available memory threshold. I hate that. SD card?

by Karl the 7/24/2011
Radar

Interesting how some folks have no brains and can't read before commenting....

by Karl the 7/24/2011
AndroCabLite

No refueling dock? Can't mute sound in setup? Bye bye.

by Karl the 6/3/2011
Aurora Live Wallpaper

Never changes from black screen. Maybe my memory is too low. No sd so can't free up mem to see.

by Karl the 5/13/2011
Walttend Lite

I don't get it.

by Karl the 5/8/2011
LinuxQuestions.org

I'm uninstalling until it remembers who I am. Annoying having to login every time I want to use it.

by Karl the 5/8/2011
Jabiru

Awesome. Can now join company support chat. Used to use IMOV Corporate, but it was interminably SLOW. Can I mark this 6 stars? It saved my backside

by Karl the 3/27/2011
Shisen Pro

Before last update it often failed to save games. Now it NEVER saves any game ever. I have my own theme!

by Karl the 3/21/2011
Tangram Time

Nice

by Karl the 12/23/2010
MisMisMatch

A bit difficult but that'd be a weakness in me...

by Karl the 10/2/2010
imov XMPP Corporate Messenger

So far it looks good but doesn't save conference times on rejoining. It is the only client that does conference chat.

by Karl the 9/25/2010
Unix & Linux Commands

Install Linux and use info, help or man instead. Also don't use the deprecated CSH as all the examples here use.

by Karl the 9/10/2010
LDAP Client

It just works and being able to add company names to my contacts is nice too.

by Karl the 8/31/2010
Reversi for Android

Best version on market that I've seen.

by Karl the 8/29/2010
Jabbim

Crashed this My Touch Slide. Not much use

by Karl the 8/22/2010
Am I Prime?

Next larger might be good too. Large primes seems to be a waste of real estate;put it on a menu, not a tab.

by Karl the 8/19/2010
Beem

Easiest configuration I've seen. Add "conference" and I'll be back

by Karl the 8/19/2010
Jabiru

Connects, but can't use it. Conference broken.

by Karl the 8/4/2010
exchangeIt

This is great! Now if you can do one for Exchange to gmail calendar. Note: use full URL, owa/emaddr/inbox... found Touchdown. Full featured. Uninstall

by Karl the 8/3/2010
imov XMPP Messenger (BETA)

Worked slowly first couple times, but then started force closing after appearing to hang.

by Karl the 8/3/2010
Jabbroid Beta Free

Connected after a force quit on first run, but without "room" capability, it's not much use.

by Karl the 6/27/2010
Daak Demo

Wrong credentials every time. Using same as in Evolution Exchange setup... which works on my PC.

by Karl the 6/23/2010
Internet Sharer

Without 443 (https) it's not too useful. Port forwarding doesn't work. Easytether is way better without messing around with proxy.

by Karl the 5/30/2010
Puzzle Pal

This is an awesome puzzle solving tool. Those who rate this low have no clue. I hope they don't drive a car!

by Karl the 5/24/2010
Full Keyboard

Nice concept, but when it's enabled the G1 physical keyboard wigs out pretty bad.

by Karl the 5/16/2010
Animated Analog Clock FREE

So far so good. If clicking on it opened Android Alarm Clock, it would be better.

by Karl the 5/4/2010
Weather Buddy (free)

Nice enough for now.

by Karl the 4/19/2010
Android CodePad

Force Close first time I tried to open a simple text file. Bye.

by Karl the 4/14/2010
Trapball_

This is a close match to KBounce, but has significant physics and gameplay limitations.

by Karl the 2/21/2010
1CAST Video News

Where's Fox News? Not Fox Business, but the regular Fox News Channel...

by Karl the 2/4/2010
Whois Info

This update is awful. Won't close at all until timeout and then FC. Hangs on domain DROP on scan...

by Karl the 1/27/2010
FoxNews Widget

A nice news reader. Only problem seems to be the google mobile web feeds that make secondary links fail

by Karl the 1/13/2010
SudokuSoCool

Bigger numbers are better, but this update broke on G1.

by Karl the 12/9/2009
Service Viewer

Excellent. Just needs /proc/meminfo, but that never happened and cupcake broke parts, so bye-bye.

by Karl the 11/6/2009
CricketNoise

Recycle point too rough. Interesting idea though.

by Karl the 8/4/2009
droidWake

Nicer if more than one PC were an option

by Karl the 7/15/2009
HangDroid

Not playing anymore...

by Karl the 6/20/2009
Shisensho

Nice to have a "resume" option that does work.

by Karl the 6/5/2009
CIDR Calculator

Exceptionally useful

by Karl the 5/11/2009
Touch Tip v2

This is the best. THANKS!

by Karl the 3/24/2009
Launchpad Lite

Not a bad app, just don't feel a need. Maybe it actually 'replaced' the long-press Home button action as someone else said.

by Karl the 3/23/2009
DiceDroid

Never got a license AND like all the others, it let's you cheat by entering more than 1 Yahtzee. 39 rolls should be the limit with additional yahtzees
