Android Chm EBook Reader

It works, but why does it needs an access to read "phone calls (phone state) and "full Internet access" for an off-line book reader? Uninstalled.

Ultimate RSS Feeds Searcher

It's very basic, limited, tiny, and efficient. If that's what you need, it's an OK client. Meecal Rss and Google Reader are probably better choice.
