PocketCloud Remote RDP / VNC

Not good... Tried it at home over VNC, worked at first, although the screen didn't seem to refresh...closed a window, but it didn't disappear as the screen didn't refresh. I disconnected and reconnected and the screen I closed had gone, but still didn't refresh other windows. On a third reconnect, it didn't work, just sat there trying to connect to only fail after a minute or so. At work, RDP didn't work full stop when trying to connect to the server. Maybe it was the free version being rubbish, but saying that, it instantly put me off paying a stupid price for this software. The free VNC client on the market works flawlessly over VNC. Go figure.
