Jota Text Editor

Re-reviewed app! I periodically re-reviewed apps. During re-review of Jota,I found significant improvements & expansions,includ but not limited to the syntax hilighting system.These expansions have eschewed bloating the Jota.Avoiding bloat requires strong focus for a Developer with clear focus on the app's purpose! Over longer periods it's possible to better evaluate the Developer's attitude towards the application.This Developer is a Craftsman! According to my notes,I've had 6 problems.All were responded to immediately.

HabiterLite

Nicely done, but... Nicely implemented. I'd certainly find its methodology useful. It is simple to use, yet utilizes graphic presentation to creat a strong impact. The only problem I have is the particulars in its areas of concern often aren't where I have difficulties. Much better would be to allow have "slots" in the category area and allow user defined problems as the label. This would broaden the app's usefulness,too.

12 Month Year Calendar

Excellent implementation of a simple 1yr calendar. What is there to say? When you want a "year-at-a-glance" calendar, you want: ■ No unnecessary bells, whistles, or Klaxons. ;~)} ■ Tiny, tiny, *TINY* size. ■ Saturdays & Sundays differentiated by hi-lite colors. ■ "Today" marked by a hi-lite color. Anymore will make it bigger, consequently slower to load ― i.e. *BLOATED*! At approximately 17kb this is *only* what you need ― fast! clear! utilitarian! If you want & need a "year-at-a-glance" calendar, GET THIS ONE!

The File Converter

A primitive UI, but it does its job, no fuss. My only complaint: a clunky UI. I needed to convert 273 "ogg" files to "mp3" – my purpose for purchase. There's no provision for bulk conversation,instead it became a marathon session divided over 2 days.In converting multiple files,you must tap the "convert another" button ― that's not too bad. Converting multiple files it's likely you'll stay within a category: audio to audio,etc. What's annoying is you're taken **back to the opening screen** to choose the conversion category― *!NOT!*friendly!

★WOW★ EXCELLENT!! (but too limited–) This is the absolute★nicest★feature of the keyboard– the equivalent of substitution macros on a PC! I know of NO other keyboard on Market that does this,even though it's the simplest of ideas,it's usefulness&simplicity makes it exceedingly powerful! The other keyboards on Market concentrate their efforts on quirky,flashy,empty ★slickness★– missing the point of keyboard interfaces! If a user wanted entertainment,they'd get a game! A keyboard needs to be★useful★or it's just empty bytes!

FLV 2 MP3/AAC Converter

Works ok. Most 4 whom app returns "file corrupt” error are probably trying 2 convert phone-native-format video (.3gp) file. A *.3gp is NOT *.flv!!
