WTF is wrong with Google Why is it so important for Google to prevent users in other countries from using their software? I wanted to use Google Currents, a news program, and am told "it does not work in your country". Why not? I am just a tourist here, I don't care about local news, I am still using it with US news. This SUCKS. What was their slogan? "Don't be evil"? It seems they forgot!

Audiobook Player 2

It's ok, meh, but mortplayer is better Good things first: I like the simple interface, but that's pretty much it. I fail to understand what the padlock is supposed to do? I would have imagined it would lock something, but it doesn't seem to do anything other than a cute'ish little animation of it locking and unlocking. Audio volume *considerably* lower than mortplayer.

Calorific Diet Tracker

not ready for mainstream yet I start the day with a cup of coffee. Only unsweetened coffee available as a choice. I understand I am then supposed to add sugar as a separate item. As this is a daily chore I think it would be useful if it was possible to create your own custom "mix", adding coffee sugar and milk every day isn't convenient. Also, suger can only be added in a minimum of a tablespoon. I only use a teaspoon, so also there I'm snookered.

Android Fun Ringtones

access permissions rediculous Some funny ringtones, but why do you need access to: * my location * network, full internet access * personal information, read and write contact data * phone state and identity * modify global system settings? I understand some of these are to change the actual ringtones, but now don't you just supply the ringtones in a file and let the user add them themselves? Surely a UI isn't needed for something simple like this.
