Champion Go ～Crazy Stone～

Good playing engine. Not a good Android UI. This is the best go opponent I've found for Android. But the UI is pretty bad; the back button is ignored. The menu button is ignored. All text zooms up and becomes painfully grainy on a tablet. The AI passes instead of resigns when it knows it is losing. I can't figure out how to disagree over living and dead stones at the end of the game. To top it off, if you close the app and come back later, it forgets the game so you can't start a game then finish the next day. If the UI gets cleaned up and it learns to properly save a game, this will go to 4 or 5 stars.

Out of Milk Shopping List

Not very useful unless you buy the pro I can understand having extra features in the "pro" (paid) version, but this app won't let you change basic settings (like the behavior of taps vs. long clicks) unless you pay for the pro. So if you just get the free app, it's probably going to be annoying and not very useful. Forget it, if basic functionality were there in the free version I might use it enough to want the pro features like shared lists etc., but when it's crippled like that I'm not going to use it enough to find out.

Toki Tori

Nice graphics, puzzles are kind of dull The game looks great on my Transformer tablet. But the puzzles are pretty dull. Usually you just run through a level a few times until you figure out the right power to use at each moment, then you move on to the next level. Other puzzle games tend to have much more clever and tricky problems to solve.

UI issues, correct solutions not always accepted The UI is a straight iPhone port. That means your menu and back buttons are useless. In addition, it didn't remember that I wanted sound off; when I restarted, the sounds were back. Another problem is that as early as problem 3, I tried a move that worked fine (it was a forcing move that wouldn't have messed up the moves to win), but it was rejected by the program. Since I had only 15 minutes to get a refund, after seeing the UI problems and the problem with a correct sequence being rejected, I refunded.

Abstract Games

Well, it works, but it's very primitive The UI is pretty crude but it works. Would be great if it could do smaller board sizes; when playing with kids, a hex board of 5×5 is pretty fun.

Hex Board Game

Why so slow? Every tap and click, even on the menu button, is painfully slow. Really annoying to work with. And it doesn't really clearly say who won. Seems unfinished.

[Lite]Yoo's Life&death

Good problem set, but app has issues I like the problems and the presentation, BUT: 1. Some problems don't fit on the screen (Samsung Moment), so I can't see all the stones and can't move in some places! Very frustrating. 2. ***WHY*** does a go problem app need to be able to make phone calls? Stupid permissions. Needs to be cleaned up.

ATSokoban

A mix of good and bad I like the "click a treasure, click where to push it" idea a lot. But it won't always let you push everywhere that is legal. I hate the "You can't win" toast that pops up sometimes long before I figure out that I've lost. Undo/redo/restart level should be onscreen. And the level set isn't very good.

Reiner Knizia's Labyrinth

Nice puzzle, but bad UI and CRASHES UI is slow and acts weird - a menu button on screen, but doesn't respond to menu button on phone. Hides status bar even though there is plenty of room for it. "Back" sometimes restarts app instead of getting rid of the popup. And on top of that it crashes on me on startup frequently. Ugh. Puzzles are entertaining though.
