Seeing I don't have a data package and Rogers has seen to locking me out of even having one til I do the mandatory update I would also like to know how I can download this app????

You see somethin that you like to have on androlib..
Open the androidmarket on your smartphone.
Hit the searchbutton (+) in the upper right and search the app by name and enter on the keyboard.
After you found it you can install the the app by hitting Install on the the app page created on your Androidphone

Google and China aren't the best friends cause of more and more is censured in China for searchresults in Google.
If you see here that an app isn't COPY PROTECTED you can search&use the .APK file for an app and install it without the use of the AndroidMarket
Menu/Settings/Applicatioon settings/Unkonown sources should be marked ON.
Every free app that is COPY PROTECTED isn't ussuable but do not hasitate to send an email to his developer or use an alternative File Manager.
