I send a email regarding this issue and this is what i got in responce;
"We are introducing new features introducing police and loot by other gangsters. I understand, that the new feature will confuse a lot of users , but we hope this will be better for the whole game play."
But i'm still wondering how to loot other gangsters???
And is it only me or isnt't it possible to compleet other missions after the mission "assassinate a politician" ???
Because all the weapons needed after this mission cant be bought or achieved anywhere.

127th level, just got arrested?, lost 3 planes and some experience points, later i got 30 respect points from the boss (guess for not ratting him out lol) 36 mil. an hour, spend some time in the casino (to get easy experience points) and 60 mil./job, own more weapons factory's then Chine and US combined.
