joy

I downloaded imusic to my phone then 2 songs both songs more than once. Less then 24 hours later I went to play the song again. This time I received an error message to the effect of this song is in a format which is not compatible with the player. I then turned my phone off. After it rebooted itself I instantly went to my music library where I watched everyone song be deleted. Has anyone else had this happen? Any ideas on the source? Is my phone safe to mount to my computer? I uninstalled imusic and reformatted the SD card.

You can backup a copy your songs from the Droid onto your computer by connecting the USB port and mounting it as a folder.

Look in the music folder for all your songs, just copy them for safe storage on to your computer. (myMusic folder would allow multi usage)

Run Microsoft 'Security Essentials' just to be safe.
