Open-source wardriving app to netstumble, display and map found wireless networks and cell towers anywhere in the world, easily uploading to the http://wigle.net database. WiGLE was started in 2001 and now has over 59 million wifi networks worldwide.

* Compete on the global WiGLE leaderboard for most networks located!
* Export to CSV files on SD card (comma separated values)
* Export to KML files on SD card (to import into Google Maps/Earth)
* Audio and Text-to-Speech alerting
* Local database to track new networks found
* Real-time map of networks found (Open Street Map)
* Can move app to SD card
* "Mute" button to shut off all sound/speech immediately
* Bluetooth GPS support through mock locations
* No ads

For wifi and cell towers to be mapped, you must wait for your device to determine the current location, via GPS or Network-location.

On map: the circles are Wifi, squares are cell towers. Light colors are networks seen before, purple ones are new for the local database.

Needs "Reads Phone State" in order to tell if a phone call is in progress, to mute the audio (sounds and speech).

Files are available to help with a human translation to non-english languages. This was mostly a mechanical translation, because we obviously don't know all these languages. You can help to improve things by making pull requests at:

Tabs are out of place on HTC One (fixed) I sent this issue in to the devs and they fixed it! Now it looks great and still works just as well as ever! Thanks devs, keep the excellent work! Back up to 5 stars as promised! HTC One

Love this app Works very well on Samsung Galaxy S4 and ok on the HTC Thunderbolt. Would be great to integrate the bluetooth part in. Also would be nice to have a checkbox to have it start on bootup. Decoding base64 would be awesome, as well as packet capture from the managment frames it looks at. Possibly a widget too. Just some feedback from a heavy user. Great app!

Missing Tabs The tabs at the top are missing slightly so I cannot see what the tabs say. Apart from that it's good. Xperia Z phone.

Great but...... When I exit the app it leaves the GPS on. If I forget to go to settings and turn it off it drains the battery. Please clean up after yourself. If you turn it on, turn if off.

Become a bit better Don't uses googlemap, and don't plots out the bessids on the map, I miss a lot of functions like se AP on googlemaps in the app ui (and ability to press ap on map to see details). Frankly Wardrive is better, but that app misses a lot of other functions that this app has, so right now its bullshit and only functional when both apps is used.

Works well and uploads cleanly A nice little app to have on in the background while I commute. I have it set to read out new wifi, towers, and battery life every ten minutes.
