Provides connection info not available in EasyTether. I use Susteen DataPilot Tether (PdaNet 2.45), which was free after a $20 rebate..

Very well-designed app This is the most reliable tethering app available for android. I have been using it for about 2 years. I am an IT professional and this app is my safety net for when my DSL goes down. What really irks me is the moronic users who, for example, give it a 1-star because the free version doesn't access secure websites. DUH! Grow a brain, register and pay online, and a registration code is emailed to you. You enter the code into the desktop software.

Nice. It was great to have while traveling. I paid for it once and have been using it problem free for over a year. Love this app.
